Book Making Workshop: Calligraphy

As part of our Shakespeare celebration, this brief introduction to calligraphy will include a short history of lettering through the ages, with a focus on European and western application: from pictographs to medieval scribes to modern hands. Students will have time to practice italic calligraphy, with demonstrations by the instructor.

Free and open to all. Space is limited, registration is required.
