The Washington University Libraries are a network of academic resources featuring 12 libraries (10 locations on the Danforth Campus, one at West Campus, one at the Medical School); vast print and electronic collections; and expert librarians whose first priority is helping students and faculty find the information they need.
Library visitors are responsible for being abreast of and adhering to the university’s visitor guidance and protocols available on the WashU Together: COVID-19 Response, including self-screening with the visitor screening tool.
The John M. Olin Library will require a card swipe with a valid WashU ID for entrance during operational hours after 6 PM, Monday-Friday, and during all open hours on weekends. Visitors to Special Collections must be pre-approved with an appointment.
Olin is open with access to the university’s Whispers Cafe, printing, scanning, and Study Rooms for Washington University. Numerous remote resources remain available.
