CANCELED Carpet Replacement on Level 3 of Olin Library
Please note: There will be no carpet project in Olin Library this summer and Level 3 will remain open for the remainder of the summer.
Carpet replacement on level 3 of John M. Olin Library will begin shortly after commencement in May 2024 and is expected to continue through most of the summer. Collection materials on the third floor will be offline and unavailable for browsing and checkout during the carpet installation project. This project affects call number range D–F, including US and world histories.
Students, faculty, staff, and researchers can request books through Interlibrary Loan. Faculty and students are encouraged to contact their subject librarian with questions if they anticipate any issues or needs during this period.
The Sky Room 332, Quiet Study Room 323, Graduate Study Room 326, and all level 3 study spaces are closed for the project’s duration. Patrons are encouraged to use other available study rooms in Olin Library and the distributed libraries.
The University Libraries will share additional updates as the project continues and in the event of significant changes in timeline or impact. If you have questions, please contact Paul McArthur, manager of library user space planning, at (314) 935-7726, paul.m@wustl.edu.
