Browse Scholarly Journals with BrowZine

Are you feeling overwhelmed trying to keep up with the latest research in your field? Boost your productivity and transform the way you engage with academic literature by signing up for BrowZine, a single platform for browsing and reading scholarly journals available at no cost to all students, faculty, and staff at WashU.

Convenient and Personal

BrowZine combines the accessibility of online journals with the simplicity of print to give you a convenient research experience that allows you to focus on content instead of complex interfaces. The standout feature of BrowZine is the ability to create a personalized bookshelf of online journals, tailored to your research interests.

You can browse, read, and search current and past issues of multiple journals, as well as receive alerts when new issues are published of any of the journals on your bookshelf, without having to search in a database (or multiple databases).

One-Stop Shop for Research

BrowZine includes nearly all the scholarly journals available through WashU Libraries’ various database subscriptions, so all your content is in one place. You can find journals to add to your bookshelf by name or explore the highest-ranked journals in your field, sorted by their SJR (SCImago Journal Rank) so you can easily find those with the highest impact.

BrowZine goes where you go—you can read articles in your web browser and on an iOS and Android app. Changes sync when you switch between multiple platforms. You can also download PDFs for most articles to read offline. BrowZine also integrates with citation management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, and EndNote to make citing and sharing resources easy.
