Sarah Laaker is the associate university librarian for Facilities, Assessment, Communications & Events. Sarah manages the University Libraries’ spaces and operations, including the communication and events from the University Libraries. Sarah is also involved with the assessment and analytics practices to study and generate insights into how the University community interacts with the WashU Libraries to adapt services and advance the user experience.
