Bio
A former newspaper page designer, Lauren Todd joined Washington University in 2010 and was promoted to her current role in 2012. Todd holds a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
Selected Projects, Activities, and Accomplishments
- Participated in the 2019-2020 Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement Information Literacy Learning Community for Faculty and Librarians with teaching-track professor Seema Dahlheimer.
- Established, maintains, and administers all engineering repository collections.
- Writes and edits library-resource eNewsletter for engineering faculty, staff, and graduate students.
- Provides various levels of course support to more than 20 classes, including Engineering Technical Writing, Graduate Student Intensive Research Writing Fundamentals, Mechanical Engineering Design Capstone, En120: First Year Engineering Experience, McKelvey Scholars, and Introduction to Graduate Computer Science Engineering.
