AVA Studio Policy
Audiovisual/Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality (AVA) Studio is a creative digital space on Olin Library Level A. It houses AR/VR headsets, a photography setup, and audio recording equipment. The purpose of AVA is to provide an accessible space to interact with digital technology.
This page details the AVA Studio Policy towards usage and user expectations; please see the AVA Studio page for more information on AVA Studio and its reservation system.
AVA Studio Usage
WashU students, faculty, staff, and other affiliates with a valid WashU ID may book the room to use these resources; AVA Studio is not available to users without a valid WashU ID. AVA Studio can accommodate one booking at a time.
All first-time users will be required to complete training on the room and equipment and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of WashU and WashU Libraries. After the initial training, repeat users should complete this training annually. The room will only be available at times when Data Services or Student Technology Services (STS), who will provide access to the room and equipment, are present.
