Improved Building Access

Olin Library has a new north entrance in addition to its south entrance. James Byard/Washington University

The new north entrance, in concert with the renovated south entrance and east entrance through Whispers Café, takes advantage of Olin Library’s centrality on the Danforth Campus and emphasizes its role as a destination that serves all. Users have more seamless access to Olin and campus destinations outside Olin.

• North and south entrances invite the campus community into Olin to travel the Thomas Gallery and engage with extensive collections, exhibitions, resources, and services.

• An east entrance in Whispers provides easy access to and from destinations east of Olin, including the East End Transformation.
