Friday April 15, 2016 at Clark-Fox Forum in Hillman Hall.
The purpose of Washington University Trailblazers is to acknowledge, commemorate and celebrate the contributions that Black alumni, faculty and staff have made to the institution and broader communities. The initiative provides an opportunity for the university and local community to learn more about Washington University’s history, recognize Black change agents who have shaped the present-day institution, and make intergenerational connections with alumni, faculty, staff and current students.
This year we will honor Cynthia L. Cosby BS’93, executive director of the African Heritage Association of St. Louis, Inc. and Brittany N. Packnett, LA’06, executive director of Teach for America in St. Louis.
Please RSVP and direct any questions regarding this event to Michelle Wagner at (314) 935.7535 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
