Newman Exploration Center

Travel

The Newman Exploration Center offers a vibrant and dynamic space in the John M. Olin Library and showcases Washington University’s broad and varied international activities undertaken by our students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Throughout the year the center will host a variety of events designed to inspire further exploration, engagement, and participation in discovery through travel.  The Newman Exploration Center also provides resources related to international and national study, research, travel, and cultures to help campus community members create their own physical and intellectual journeys.

Stop in during walk-in hours at the Expedition Office, located in the Newman Exploration Center, to find help in planning your next adventure.

Travelling abroad on a university related study abroad or business trip? Register your trip with My Trips International Travel Registry. The registry allows us to better assist you in emergencies or times of crisis while abroad.

The Newman Exploration Travel Fund (NEXT) aims to support students, faculty, and staff on the Danforth Campus who wish to explore this vast universe.
