Redesigned ILLiad Webpages to Launch

The Washington University Libraries are pleased to announce that the newly redesigned ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan) web pages will launch on Monday, February 20. ILLiad, the Libraries’ interlibrary loan management system, was outdated in its design and overdue for a refresh.

The University Libraries have collaborated closely with the software vendor to customize and brand the new pages which are mobile-friendly and compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Request forms are streamlined, and it is now easier to review the status of pending requests and access your request history.
