Final Humanities Research Hub Workshop Takes Place November 8

Students, you chose your own adventure! In a truly democratic process, your voice has been heard. The University Libraries are pleased to offer two topics for the final session in the Humanities Research Hub Workshop Series: Organizing Research & Writing and Conference Presentations & Networking.

Organizing Research & Writing: Librarians will discuss various tools to manage research and writing, from the beginning of the process through to the end. Learn about citation management tools such as Zotero and Mendeley, writing tools such as Scrivener, and how to devise a research and writing plan to make your life and work easier.

Conference Presentations & Networking: Conferences are a great venue for marketing your own scholarship and research, as well as for networking with others in your field. Learn tips for presenting papers and conducting other presentations at scholarly conferences from library and Writing Center staff. The session will also cover how to effectively network with colleagues and keep connections going post-conference.

Join us in Olin Library Level A on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 4:00-5:30 pm. Click here to reserve your spot today!
