DigiZeitschriften — full-text database of + 700 German academic journals

digitzeitschriften2The Libraries now have access to DigiZeitschriften, a full-text database of over 700 German academic journals in 19 Humanities, Social Science and Science disciplines with 8 million pages. This includes 37 journals in Mathematics, 87 in Philology, 203 in Education, 185 in the Sciences, and 9 in Germanic Languages and Literature. Browse all journals by discipline here.

Similar to JSTOR, DigiZeitschriften provides access to entire print runs of most journals. All articles can be downloaded and printed in PDF format. Both English and German interfaces are available.  As with our other periodical databases, titles in DigiZeitschriften are integrated in our A to Z eJournals list as well as with getit3 You can also use DigiZeitschriften’s search to find relevant articles.
