While many students are away for spring break, or at least enjoying a break from the usual routine, the construction crew for the Olin Library Transformation will still be hard at work moving the project toward completion. Monday – Friday, March 13 – 17, sawcutting will occur each day on Levels A and B starting at about 3 p.m. The work will go until 6 p.m., Olin’s closing time during spring break, and continue later into the evening. The sawcutting will generate high levels of noise throughout the building.
Those in search of a quieter place to study should try one of WU’s departmental libraries. Be sure to check library hours, as they vary from location to location. If you decide to stay in Olin, Level 3 may be your best bet for studying! Free earplugs are available at the Help Desk on Level 1.
