#ColorOurCollections is a week-long coloring fest on social media organized by libraries, archives, and other cultural institutions around the world. Using materials from their collections, these institutions are sharing free coloring content with the hashtag #ColorOurCollections. The coloring fest is taking place at the Washington University Libraries February 5–9. Stop by Level 1 of Olin Library or the Kranzberg Art & Architecture Library to pick up a free coloring book. We encourage you to share your handiwork with the world! Take photos of your creations and post them on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Use the hashtag #ColorOurCollections, and tag us @WUSTLlibraries.
All images are from WU Libraries’ Department of Special Collections. The department collects, preserves, promotes and makes accessible rare, archival, and primary source materials that enrich teaching, learning and research for the Washington University community and beyond. Visit Special Collections or stop by Level 1 of Olin Library to learn more!
