The American Physical Society has renamed two journal titles and separated out the descriptive subheadings from the Physical Review A-E journals effective January 1, 2016. Removing Special Topics integrates Physical Review Accelerators and Beams and Physical Review Physics Education Research into the Physical Review family and better emphasizes their content. In addition, APS has added a new title, Physical Review Fluids, which will publish its first issue in Spring 2016. Physical Review Fluids expands the scope of the APS journals to include additional areas of fluid dynamics research and will include both Research Articles and Rapid Communications.
