Final Steps

  1. Complete the online application on university’s applicant tracking system. You will receive email about this from libraries HR team.
  2. Complete the PIF (Personnel Information Form)- email will be sent out with instructions.
  3. Complete the online I-9 – link will be emailed.
  4. Meet with HR team – HR team will send an email with their availability. Please make sure you bring your original documents required to complete an I-9.
  5. Authorized to work email – HR team will send an email to you and your supervisor when you are authorized to work!
