I am a little tired of the number of people complaining about
their inability to get off the list. I believe everyone
who signed on received an email message which included the
statement "Please save this message for future reference,
especially if you are not familiar with LISTSERV." The
message clearly explained how to signoff the list (repeated
below by Susan Rimkus). So, for all those now trying to
signoff please note the method below, all other please keep
this Susan's message for future reference.

I have successfully signed off of this list (using the method described
at the bottom of this message, for those of you who wish to follow suit)
but as a parting gift, am sending this message in the hopes of bringing
attention to the lackadaisical management of this list.
Listowner & Postmaster: there are people unwillingly TRAPPED! here on
DEVEL-L. Please free them! Only you can do it! If there is someone with
the ability to delete people from the list, please make yourself known to
the list membership so that those held prisoner here can contact you.
My apologies to those for whom this is not an issue.
