Dear Mr. da Costa,
Please see the announcement I posted on the Cape Verdean-American/ Republic of Cape Verde (Unofficial) home page. (about 5 messages back in this newsgroup). I have just launched this page on the World Wide Web and it is getting a lot of attention. I have a section on the countries of Lusophone Africa, including Sao Tome and Principe. I would be more than happy to use the Cape Verde page to assist you in your efforts. You can piggyback onto the Cape Verde page. Cape Verde, of course, faces many of the same problems as Sao Tome, and your activities would be of great interest and relevance. With your permission I will post your message, as well as any other info you might provide, to the Cape Verde page.
I and others are particularly interested in the issues and approaches you have identified. I would suggest also the posting of your message to mailto:SIIN-L@UPEI.COM, the Small Islands Information Network listserver.
Sincerely,
Richard Leary
