Dear Sir/Madam:I would like to invite your company to present your technologies to a focused group of industrial executives at the Asian Industrial Technology Congress 1997 (AITC'97), one of the largest technology transfer events in the Asia/Pacific Region, to be held on January 6-8, 1997.
AITC'97 which is supported and funded by the Hong Kong Government Industry Department attempts to bring in 150 technology suppliers on a global basis to make presentations at three symposia on manufacturing, telecommunications and environmental technologies. About 800 industrial executives from Hong Kong, China and other countries in the region will be attending to learn about or acquire new technologies which will help increase their competitive edge. The event is more than just a technology transfer conference. It provides marketing opportunities for companies to further penetrate into the important and lucrative Asia/Pacific market. Business networking and one on one meetings between technology suppliers and Congress attendees can be arranged.
AITC'97 is an important component of the Technology Week in 1997. The Technology Week also includes a 300-booth Exhibition and other activities. All the events are held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, the venue where the World Bank Annual Assembly will be held in late 1997.
AITC'97 is organized by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and co-organized by several other important bodies in Hong Kong. The organizer is currently recruiting technology suppliers to make presentation through over 30 supporting organizations all over the world.
Opportunity for exhibition may be offered for important technologies selected by the Organizing Committee. Presentations made at the Congress will be included in the Congress publication AITC New Industrial Technology Digest which will reach over 10,000 senior industrial executives, and CEOs of key corporations in the region.
