The description suggests a scope though which seems to differ from what I would be specifically looking for.
Could anyone on DEVEL-L direct me to the a list (or other net sources) dealing with (elements of) Project Cycle Management in ational development and in international development cooperation? In particular, discussions on and exchange of experience with the application of the Logical Framework Appproach and similar techniques applicable to (phases of) the project cycle would be of interest.
