If you have any interest in Africa, think about setting up specialized listservers to operate via e-mail. African telephone costs will be phenomenal for some years to come, and e-mail links are much cheaper than Web use. I am pulling together a discussion of African Internet links going on in bit.tech.africana and can provide it by next week if you wish.
