Humans also have to have a will to those high principles & have to work together to create that environment. That will (or the information needed to make that decision) and the skills necessary to implement need education (which goes beyond facts and memorization).

A legitimate concern in the face of injustice & inequity. But it's not an either or thing.

There are immediate & long-term problems & solutions. We have to work on them all now and understand that the fruition of many of those efforts willl come later. Moreover there is a need for a long term vision(s) to guide us.
