Lecturer - Consultant(s) in Development Anthropology
Applications are invited from social anthropologists for one or more posts in an established consultancy team giving social development advice to the ODA's Joint Funding Scheme. The appointee will also contribute to the Department's teaching, research and administration. Applicants should have a PhD in social anthropology, or equivalent relevant professional and/or research experience. They will have special interests and expertise in development and, preferably, experience of the NGO sector. Their expertise may cover any part of the developing world. The appointment(s) will be for up to one year from 1 October 1996 in the first instance, and will be on salary scale: Pounds 15,154 - Pounds 18,985 per annum (under review).
