Now[?] at this day comes the plaintiffs in the above causes and moves the Court to set aside the verdict rendered in their cause for the following reasons 
	1	Because said verdict is against illegible the evidence
	2	Because said verdict is against law & evidence
	3	Because the verdict is against the weight of evidence,
