PLEASE NOTE: Starting in January of 2008, ALL groups bringing food into the conference center must arrange to have the room(s) cleaned afterward. There will be a fee charged to your group. To arrange cleaning services, please contact Jan Schade at 314 935-4472. We apologize for the short notice on this change of university policy.
The Conference Center is located next door to the Library on the lower level of the West Campus. The entrance is on the south end of the courtyard just east of the main building.

The conference center is available to the general public, however groups affiliated with the University have scheduling priority, and we are obligated to keep the space available to the University throughout the school year. The conference center is quite popular so reserve a date early; at least a month ahead of time is strongly recommended. There are two rooms available (click on the pictures to view the room details):

- The Conference Center also has a kitchenette that includes brew-your-own coffee service ($5 per 10 cup pot). Groups may also schedule catering for both rooms. All catering arrangements are the responsibility of the user.
