          only to the person to whom the letter is sent and it would be
          impossible for the teacher of this cipher to decipher that which can
          be written with the rules of this cipher.</emph> The cipher is <emph
          render="doublequote"><?Pub Caret?>based on crosses with which an
          infinite number of ciphers by changing the number of the square,
          writing always in this form.</emph></p>
