Patience Worth was a fictional figure who used Mrs. Pearl Curran (1883-1937) as a medium from 1913 until Mrs. Curran's death. Through Mrs. Curran, "Patience Worth" transmitted poems, plays, and novels.
These items relate to the seances at which "Patience" spoke, and include parts of the Patience Worth Record, a series of accounts and transcripts of each Patience Worth session.
