The diary is from the commercial De Potter’s Annual Summer Tour. It includes descriptions and travel note of England, Belgium, Austria, Italy, and others. Also contains memorabilia from the trip: tickets, maps, pressed flower souvenirs, etc. Recounts travel from New York to Liverpool via Queenstown Ireland on Cunard’s R.M.S./ Etruria. There is also another diary from the same Summer Tour, probably a companion of Corbitt’s, although the author is unknown. The diary cuts off prematurely in early July.
