Ethan Bumas is a graduate from the Comparative Literature program at Washington University in St. Louis. He published a novel, The Price of Tea in China, in 1994. He currently resides in the St. Louis area.
The Bumas papers contain ts. mss. of two Bumas plays, Cupid's Carriers and The Sign Shop, as well as a ts. ms. of an essay "Alphabet Soup."
