Biographical Note

Marilyn Anne Parke Weir (September 8, 1925 – November 1, 1993) was the younger sister of William Gaddis's childhood friend, Henry.


Scope and Contents Note

Consists of a four page typescript [photocopy] memoir of William Gaddis by Marilyn Weir titled "Bill Gaddis;" one autograph letter signed from Gaddis to Marilyn Weir, 2 pages with envelope (1945: November 23); and one typed letter signed [photocopy] from Gaddis to Mrs. Parke, 1 page (1975: June 29).
