Indenture by which Maurice Thomson [sells] land in [Haversham], Horsham, Sussex, England, to John Corrance and Joseph Colston. Details the terms for delivery of fee, and terms for use, etc. Apparently for one year only (?). Verso, signatures of witnesses for both parties. Signed, no seal.
