Arrangements can be made for classes to be held in University Archives (at the West Campus Library) or in Special Collections (at Olin Library on the Danforth Campus). Each site includes a classroom that can be configured to accommodate lecture-style presentations or small groups at multiple study stations. University Archive staff is also available to make a presentation in your own classroom.

Please provide your name, the name of the class, a desired date and time for your visit, information about the sorts of materials you would like to have available, the approximate number of attendees, and whether you will require a data projector. We'll be back in touch after checking on classroom availability. The classrooms are heavily used, so be sure to reserve early.
The format is flexible: we encourage faculty or instructors to select the materials they would like to present in a classroom setting, or University Archives staff can assist in selecting and introducing materials.
We are happy to show materials for single class visits or to put them on internal reserve for consultation in the reading room (at University Archives) during normal hours of operation (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
