Planning, administration, collection development for physics, web page development and maintenace, promotion and outreach, advanced reference services, management of circulation/reserves/reference desk, hiring, training, and supervison of student assistants, course reserves.

Alison received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Masters in Library Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

She is a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Area Chapter and the Physics, Astronomy, Math Division of the Special Libraries Association.
