Pfeiffer Physics Library Recent News
A nice feature of the newsletter on the web is that you can
use the "find or search" feature of your web browser to do a
keyword search on new books. People frequently want to find a
book on "xxx" or by "xxx" that they saw "last month sometime" on
the new book shelf. Searching in the entire catalog does not
always work efficiently. If you are using Netscape, the "find"
button has a binocular on it. The news is now also available
as an RSS feed. It can be found at: [http://wulibraries.typepad.com/physnews/].

About the New Book Shelf in the Physics Library
New books are displayed each Friday. They are kept on the New Books Shelf for one week for browsing. Put your name on the slip in the book pocket of any item that you would like to check out. You will be notified when the item is available, or, if you are first on the list, you may check it out the next Friday.
