ILLiad Status Messages
(The first two messages occur simultaneously)
| Submitted by Customer | Displays the date and time the patron initiated the request. |
| Awaiting Request Processing | The request is in the ILL file awaiting processing. |
| Request in Processing | Displays the time when the request is being reviewed by staff. |
| Request Sent | The request has been sent to prospective lenders. |
| Awaiting Post Request Receipt Processing | The item has been received and is being processed prior to notifying customer. |
| In Print Queue | Label is printing for item (part of ILL Processing). |
| Awaiting Customer Contact | A message to customer is about to be generated. |
| Customer notified by e-mail | An e-mail notice has been sent to customer concerning the arrival of the requested item(s). |
| Checked out to customer | The item has been checked out to the customer via ILLiad. |

| Awaiting Request Processing | The request is in the ILL file awaiting processing. |

| Awaiting Post Request Receipt Processing | The item has been received and is being processed prior to notifying customer. |
| Awaiting Customer Contact | A message to customer is about to be generated. |
| Customer notified by e-mail | An e-mail notice has been sent to customer concerning the arrival of the requested item(s). |
| Delivered to the web | The article(s) have been posted on ILLiad for the customer's viewing. |
