ILLiad is an online ILL management system. With ILLiad, patrons can register once and store their personal information (phone, email, address, department, status, etc.) for use on all future requests. You may track requests at all stages of the ILL process. Renewals, status reports and cancellations may be placed electronically. Illiad replaces our web-based online request forms.

To place an ILL request using ILLiad:

1. You must have an account. (Connect to ILLiad to set up your account.)
2. Place ILL requests using an ILLiad form or directly from one of the Firstsearch databases.
