Video viewing facilities
- Three video players with headphones in the Biology Library
- Arc - Library Technology Center at Olin Library. This facility has TV/VCR combos as well as workstations with headphones for viewing streaming lectures .
- Two Natural Sciences Learning Center Tutoring Rooms
Course lecture recordings
Lectures for selected courses are taped and are available in the Biology Library and on the web. All lectures are kept on reserve through the final exam for the course. Tape quality is not guaranteed; each semester 1-2 tapes have audio and/or video problems.
VHS videotapes:- Available in the Biology Library (usually late afternoon each lecture day)

Viewing while the library is open
In Library User: Self service; first come/first served; watch at one of the videoplayers in the library; please rewind and reshelve carefully after use
Out of Library Use: Choose video from self-service area; bring video and your ID to front desk and check it out; tape will be due in 2 hours or before library closing (whichever happens first) take to the viewing facility of your choice - Overnight loans
Select tape from self-service area and bring to desk for check out; we will check for advance reservations before we check out for overnight.
Advance reservations - limit one lecture/night/person
OR first come/first served - unlimited
Out 1 hour before closing (or later) and due 1 hour after opening (or earlier). Biology Library Hours
