Description
Space is available to allow students to work on projects involving general software and web access including browsers with popular plug-ins, word processing/spreadsheet/presentation software, web based presentation software, web authoring tools, ftp, software to support conversion of data from one format to another (e.g. Adobe Acrobat), and headphone jacks. Storage/access options include network access, and the ability to save and retrieve data from multiple storage formats—CDRW, DVD, Zip drives, floppies, network accounts, and print. Access to general purpose scanners is provided from some machines. Support for viewing library video resources with headphones is provided through use of TVs and VCRs.

This area cannot be reserved for instructional use.
