Produced by the Buros Institute at the University of Nebraska, the Mental Measurements Yearbook (MMY) provides users with a comprehensive guide to over 2,000 contemporary testing instruments. More info

Tests in Print (1 concurrent user)
Produced by the Buros Institute of Mental Measurements at the University of Nebraska, Tests in Print (TIP) serves as a comprehensive bibliography to all known commercially available tests that are currently in print in the English language. Tests in Print is directly linked to the critical, candid test reviews published in the Mental Measurements Yearbook (MMY) series.

PsycINFO (1887 - )
Covers psychology and related fields from 1887 to the present. Sources include more than 1,800 journals along with a number of books, book chapters, dissertations, and reports. Updated monthly.

HAPI (Health and Psychosocial Instruments)
This database provides information about research and survey instruments, such as questionnaires, checklists, rating scales, and interview forms. It also contains journal articles and book chapters on selected instruments.
Note: HAPI is available through the Medical School Library's database, Euclid. A password is required of users on the Hilltop Campus. Please ask at the Help Desk if you wish to access this database.



Reference Sources
Personality Tests and Reviews
Provides original test reviews, excerpted test reviews, and references on the construction, use and validity of specific tests that are found in the first six Mental Measurements Yearbooks. The volume also includes new information that was not included in the first six MMY's.

Test Critiques
Provides a critique of and information on the practical applications, technical aspects, and uses of a variety of tests. The latest volume in the series has title, author and subject indexes to all the volumes in the series.

A Consumer's Guide to Tests in Print
Provides objective professional evaluations of tests, made on accepted criteria such as norms, reliability, validity, administration, scores, input and output.
