Consultation Library staff can help you select and use the hundreds of resources we have available at Washington University so you can make efficient use of your time and locate the information you need. Contact your Subject Librarian for an appointment.

Mediated Searching Sometimes folks have trouble finding what they need and would like to have a librarian do their search. Although we offer excellent resources through the library homepage, there are still many databases which we do not have available on a free, search-it-yourself basis. Contact your Subject Librarian for a mediated searching appointment.

Some of these searches are quite expensive. The library subsidizes a certain amount, but there may be a charge for extensive searching. We will discuss costs and options before we search beyond the library subsidy.
