Spectra Resources on the Internet

  • NIST WebBook
Contains IR spectra for over 16,000 compounds and mass spectra for over 15,000 compounds.
  • NMRShiftDB
"NMRShiftDB is a web database for organic structures and their nuclear magnetic resonance (nmr) spectra. It allows for spectrum prediction (currently only for carbon) as well as for searching spectra, structures and other properties. Last not least, it features peer-reviewed submission of datasets by its users. The NMRShiftDB software is open source, the data is published under an open content license."
  • Spectra Online (Thermo Galactic)
The database spans many different classes of compounds including drugs, common chemicals, polymers, petroleum products among others. It includes spectral data from many different instrument types such as FT-IR, UV-Vis, NIR, Raman, MS, NMR (13C, 1H and others), XRD and more. Please note that Thermo Galactic does not review the data in the collections; all spectra and related compound information are presented "as-is" in the form they we received."
  • Spectral Database for Organic Compounds (SDBS)
SDBS is an integrated spectral database system for organic compounds.
  • WorldWideMolecularMatrix
The WorldWideMolecularMatrix, an Open collection of information on small molecules
