September 10, 2002--east of Olin: While a laborer sorts supplies to the left, glaziers continue to fabricate and install the metal grid walls on the east side of Olin Library.

September 10, 2002--southeast of Olin: A glazier operates a lift from the roof to the ground of the atrium where supplies are located. Behind him can be seen the start of the demolition of the walls of Levels 1, 2, 3 which will be rebuilt as glass atrium walls.

September 10, 2002--Level 1: Carpenters divide the main stairway by building a wall to shield users from the construction of the new walls of the atrium.

September 10, 2002--Level 1: In a closet near the Circulation Office, a plumber cuts a hole through the concrete floor to create an access for pipes from Level A. While cutting, the plumber sprays water on the drill bit to cool it and vacuums up excess water with a shop vac.

September 10, 2002--Level A: Immediately below the closet near the Circulation Office on Level 1, another plumber on Level A, vacuums up water that leaks down as the hole is cut above.
