Forgot your PIN/password?
If you've forgotten your PIN/password - or your PIN/password is not working - please contact us to have either or both of them reset.
Your PIN is used to view your account in My Catalog, to renew or request books, and to retrieve electronically delivered articles from ArticleReach Direct.
Your password is used to log in to ILLiad for interlibrary loan of books and other materials, and to request and retrieve electronically delivered articles in ILLiad; to log in to the proxy server for off-campus access; to log on to computers in the Libraries; and can be an option for using wireless on campus: see option 1 on WUFI or WUFI-S.
If you need either reset, call 314-935-5410 or email passwordhelp@wumail.wustl.edu (answered all hours the Reference Help Desk is open). Include your first and last names and WU ID number in your message. Please tell us which one is not working for you, or if you need them BOTH reset. Thanks!
You may also contact the Art & Architecture Library to have these reset, if you wish.
