Powerpoint Image Preparation Instructions

Create a new Powerpoint File. (1) Click on the Design tab in the ribbon, (2) Click on Page Setup, (3) Size the slides for On-screen Show (16:9). Click OK.

Use Powerpoint to create your slide(s). When you have finished creating your slides, click on the File Tab in the upper-left hand corner of the screen. (1) Click on Save As.

The Save As dialog box will open. (1) Select PowerPoint Presentation from the drop down list. (2) Click on Save.
