Report Wireless Problems in the Libraries

This form may be used to report areas in the University Libraries where there is limited or no wireless network coverage, reporting times when the wireless network in the libraries was down, or for reporting temporary loss of wireless network signal strength. This information is being collected to assist the library staff in troubleshooting wireless network problems, determining where additional wireless network coverage might be needed, and determining the quality of wireless network services provided to the libraries.

NOTE: Wireless network access is extremely limited in areas where books are shelved (the "book stacks"). Shelved books interfere with wireless signals in the same manner as solid walls which reduces the quality of wireless signals significantly. This is a known limitation of the wireless network and should not be reported using this form.
