Printing Costs

Printing services are available from all public PCs in the Libraries on a pay-as-you-go basis.  Payment may be made using your University Campus Card account (established through the WebStac system for students and through the HR Self-service system for faculty and staff) or by Copy Card.

Print charges are:

     ·        Black & white, single sided --$0.08 per image

·        Black & white, two-sided -- $0.12 per sheet ($.06 per image)

·        Color -- $0.50 per image

An image is all printing on one side of a sheet of paper.

Public Printing Locations

Black & white printers are available at the following locations:

     ·        Level 1, Olin Library *

·        The Arc, Olin Library

·        Whispers Café, Olin Library

·        East Asian Library *

·        Kopolow Business Library *

·        Gaylord Music Library *

·        West Campus Library

·        Physics Library

Black & white printer/copier combinations are available at the following locations:

     ·        Level B, Olin Library

·        Level A, Olin Library

·        Level 2, Olin Library

·        Level 3, Olin Library

Color printing is available at the following locations:

     ·        Chemistry Library *

·        Earth and Planetary Sciences Library *

·        Kranzberg Art & Architecture Library *

·        The Arc*

 *Copy Cards can be used for printing at locations marked with an * above.

Printing From Personal Notebook Computers

Printing on library printers from personal notebook computers or tablet computers is not currently available.
