Is the wireless network available?

Washington University Libraries, Library Technology Services provides computing services for students, faculty, staff, and authorized visitors to all libraries on campus except:

§  The Law Library

§  The Medical School Library

§  The Social Work Library

Services available include:

      §  Black and White laser printing

§  CD and DVD Read/Write drives

§  Color printing

§  Limited temporary storage for working files

Scanning in Lieu of Copying

  • Three new scanners have been installed in place in Olin Library for use as an alternative to using the copy machines.  By using these scanners, patrons save the cost of copies and reduce paper waste. The scanners are located on levels A and 2 in the stack area adjacent to the catalog only systems and on level 1 in the copy room. 

  • Patrons log on to these systems with their wustl key accounts, scan and save the scans to a usb device. Detailed instructions are posted at each scanning location.
