FOR ALL OF YOU GETTING READY TO GO ON VACATION, GO ON AN EXTENDED ASSIGNMENT, OR JUST DON'T WANT TO CHECK YOUR E-MAIL FOR A WHILE please remember to set your account to "no mail". It will save everyone a lot of time and effort and will keep your mailbox from overflowing and the LISTSERV from bouncing you off the list. Setting your account to "no mail" for DEVEL-L is easy. All you need to do is to follow these simple directions below.Send your message to:
mailto:LISTSERV@AMERICAN.EDU (if you are using Internet) or
mailto:LISTSERV@AUVM (if you are using Bitnet)
Your message should read as follows:
Set DEVEL-L Nomail
Example:
To: mailto:LISTSERV@AMERICAN.EDU Subj: (you can leave blank the Subj line and enter your message immediately in the text message) Set DEVEL-L Nomail
When you return from vacation, you can resume your subscription by sending the following to the listserv:
Set DEVEL-L Mail
Many thanks.
